ELECTION DAY
ELECTION DAY RESOURCES
This is it. This is our time to restore our voice and values in Washington. It’s our time to send Jackie home once and for all.
Our data shows that Pat has been leading through early voting, but Jackie is catching up. This race is going to be tight, but we can win this. The numbers are there, we just need them at the polls.
If you’ve been holding on to your ballot, you have until noon to deliver it to your county clerk’s office.
Polls close at 6 p.m. local time. It’s not too late to make your vote plan. It’s not too late to make your voice heard. If you need help finding your polling location, visit vote.org.
If you run into any trouble at the polls, call the Indiana voter hotline at 866-IN1-VOTE (866-461-8683).
This is no ordinary time, and this is no ordinary election. We must take action if we want to see change. So much is riding on your vote: Health care, education, the economy, and Dignity and Justice for All.
Let’s win this together.

Election Night Watch Party
JOIN OUR ELECTION NIGHT WATCH PARTY
RSVP TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
You’re invited! Please join us to watch the results of this historic election. This campaign started from the grassroots. Pat often says she is running for the House of Representatives because it is supposed to be the “People’s House.” It is the people of this District who have always been the center of this campaign for Dignity and Justice for All.
The Election Night Watch Party will take place from 7-11 p.m. There will be several ways to join us:
- Attend in-person at Howard Park Event Center in South Bend. This is an inside/outside event. Masks will be required and capacity will be limited to 100 people (1/3 the normal capacity) at any given time inside for social distancing. All CDC guidelines will be followed.
- Join our Virtual Watch party with other supporters on Zoom. Capacity will be based on Zoom limitations.
- Join us by watching a livestream on our Facebook page or website.

PAT WINS THE SECOND CONGRESSIONAL RACE DEBATE
No matter when, where or how, Pat is ready to stand up for Dignity and Justice for All. Pat demonstrated this when she went head to head with Jackie during the Congressional debate.
Here are the words supporters used over and over to describe Pat, her performance, and their reactions to the debate: “Clear winner,” “phenomenal job,” “articulate,” “firm,” “focused,” “calm demeanor,” “empathetic,” “sincere,” “strong,” “We will be so fortunate to have Pat as our next representative!”

VIEWPOINT: It's time to reclaim our voice and values in Washington
SOUTH BEND TRIBUNE VIEWPOINT
It is time to reclaim our voice and our values in Washington. There is much at stake in this election, and we have a real chance to reclaim IN02.
Pat outlined it all in a Viewpoint article published Monday morning in the South Bend Tribune:
Throughout my campaign, and as your congresswoman, my actions will be guided by our nation’s essential belief in dignity and justice for all, and our recognition that individual freedom depends on pursuing the common good. This is not about conservative or liberal politics. It is about committing our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor to one another and our nation. It is time for a new representative from this district that will bring your voice and values to Washington. We must reclaim our seat in Congress — the People’s House. I ask for your vote and your help in the years ahead as we work together toward a more perfect Union.

Newtown Action Alliance endorsement
AN ENDORSEMENT FROM NEWTOWN ACTION ALLIANCE
Pat knows that gun violence is a health crisis in this nation.
For that reason, she is proud to accept the endorsement of the Newtown Action Alliance — a group dedicated to reversing the escalating gun violence epidemic in this nation through the introduction of smarter, safer gun laws and broader cultural change.
“Today, NAA is proud to endorse Pat Hackett for the U.S. House of Representatives.
For nearly eight years after a gunman with an AR-15 and high capacity magazines killed 20 children and six educators at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, NAA has been advocating for a set of bold and comprehensive gun control legislative proposals – including the assault weapons ban – to dramatically reduce all forms of gun violence in our nation.
NAA is endorsing … gun safety candidates who support its top federal policy priority – the assault weapons ban. Candidates who support the assault weapons ban also support a comprehensive package of gun safety policies to end all forms of gun violence in America.”
The December 14, 2012, shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School where 20 children and six educators were senselessly gunned down is just one of the unthinkable tragedies that has gone unanswered. Just this year there have been over 500 mass shootings and over 1,000 children under the age of 18 killed by gun violence.
Pat believes that Congress should enact common sense gun laws that continue to protect the rights of responsible gun owners, while preventing tragic and unnecessary deaths.

Dueling Rallies
OUR CAMPAIGN IN THE NEWS

Pat spoke to a crowd of more than 200 women and allies who gathered at Howard Park in defense of women’s rights and to protest the current administration’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Pat’s address to the crowd was bold and decisive. She affirmed that we must not be silenced. We must speak up if our democracy is to survive. Pat warned against the patriarchal perspective that Judge Barrett will bring to the Supreme Court speaking about her judicial record and the actions Judge Barrett has taken that indicate her opposition to the Affordable Care Act, reproductive rights, and LGBTQ rights. Pat vowed to protect these rights as the next Congresswoman for IN02.
In stark contrast to the Women’s March where people were socially distanced and wearing masks, only a quarter of those gathered outside Walorski’s office were wearing masks. And here’s where the hypocrisy and lack of leadership from Jackie really trickles down. The chair of the St. Joseph County Republican Party handed out masks not for public safety but for political appearances. He was quoted by the Tribune saying to the women from the outside group, “TV will kill us” if we’re caught without wearing them.
The difference between leadership is real. The difference between Pat who believes in science, evidence, and reason versus Jackie who is a science denier is on the ballot Nov. 3rd.
Please help us get our message out across the district. Please contribute today for a representative who is an unwavering advocate, a trusted leader, and who will be an authentic representative in the People’s House.

Jackie's Hypocrisy
THE HYPOCRISY OF JACKIE WALORSKI
What Jackie says and what Jackie does are two different things.
Last weekend, Jackie boastfully posted pictures of herself at a Goshen rally wearing no mask, shaking hands and hugging vulnerable populations of people — all while Indiana is experience a record-breaking spike in COVID-19 cases.
Just days later, Jackie sends out a tweet claiming she is committed to defeating coronavirus and keeping America healthy.
Jackie’s hypocrisy is insulting, reckless, and injurious. It is a dereliction of duty for a sitting congressperson. Jackie is not truthful and demonstrates she is incapable of leadership.

We need a representative who doesn’t deny science. Jackie has jeopardized the health of her constituents. Instead of using science to defeat COVID-19, Jackie uses China as a scapegoat.
We need a representative who leads by example. Jackie’s dereliction of duty by not following CDC guidelines of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing is inexcusable.
We need a representative who will protect those with pre-existing conditions. Jackie has voted repeatedly to gut protections for Americans with pre-existing conditions, and Jackie has voted for a lawsuit to remove healthcare during a pandemic.

Our final FEC deadline before Election Day
OUR FINAL FEC DEADLINE
Donations help every day until Election Day, but this FEC deadline is especially important. It’s the final time our fundraising numbers will be reported to the public, and it’s the final chance we have to show Jackie that our people-powered campaign is more powerful than hers, which is run by special interest groups and corporate PAC money.
Every dollar we raise helps us get more voters to the polls. We’re going to flip IN02 blue. We’re going to send Jackie home. And we’re going to bring the voice of the people to Washington.
Our national advisors know we have the numbers for a victory on Nov. 3. All we need to do is turn out the vote, and we need your help to do that.
Can you chip in to keep the momentum going? Can you chip in to finally bring Dignity and Justice for All to the people of IN02?
