PAT SPEAKS AT 2020 WOMEN'S MARCH IN SOUTH BEND

On Oct. 17, 2020, Women’s Marches took place in more than 125 locations across the country. One of those was in South Bend, where Pat took the stage to address women and allies.

With the appointment of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, Pat reminded all in attendance the importance of standing up for women’s rights. Hackett said Barrett’s judicial record and actions indicate her opposition to women’s full moral and constitutional authority, LGBTQ rights and the Affordable Care Act.

She echoed what Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris had to say during the debate: “I am speaking.” Women will not be silenced.
